be sure your employees that work outside are drinking plenty of water and taking frequent shaded breaks. Here are some other heat illness prevention tips to consider:
☀️ Train supervisors and workers to control and recognize heat hazards.
☀️ Encourage workers to wear light-colored clothing, a hat, and apply sunscreen. #Heatillness

If your employees are working outside you’ll need to take some steps to help avoid heat illness:
☀️ Train supervisors and workers to control and recognize heat hazards.
☀️ Be sure workers are drinking plenty of water throughout their shift.
☀️ Frequent breaks, in the shade or air conditioning.
☀️ Encourage workers to wear light-colored clothing, a hat, and apply sunscreen.
